Buckeye is introducing the Buckeye Civic Institute, a leadership program designed to cultivate proactive community members.

The initiative offers residents the opportunity to explore the city’s inner workings while developing a network of like-minded leaders, fostering collaboration and community engagement.

This 12-week class will provide a greater understanding of Buckeye, giving participants insight into the community’s challenges and opportunities. By the end of the program, participants will be able to define their roles as community leaders, empowering them to make a meaningful impact.

The program runs from Jan. 11 through April 11 with Thursday evening sessions from 6 to 8 p.m. at various city locations.

The program is limited to 25 participants. Register at buckeyeaz.gov/civicinstitute.
