Breakthrough prostate cancer treatment now available at 2nd Center for Cancer Care site

Arizona Center for Cancer Care’s Deer Valley location in North Phoenix now offers Pluvicto – a breakthrough treatment for prostate cancer.
According to an AZCCC press release, Pluvicto is a new radiopharmaceutical treatment for hormone-resistant metastatic prostate cancer offered at advanced radiation oncology practices. Pluvicto, a directed treatment, prompts radioactive molecules, to selectively bind to the surface of prostate cancer cells and kill them.
"We are delighted to make this life-saving treatment accessible for metastatic prostate cancer patients,” Dr. Justin Famoso shared in a statement. “We remain committed to providing the most advanced treatments for our patients and advancing innovative treatments in the fight against cancer.”
