Body found at Grand Avenue overpass, search on for shooting suspect

Posted

A 54-year-old man’s body was found Friday under an overpass near 3500 West Grand Avenue, and police are searching for clues to find his killer.

Phoenix officers responded about 6:15 a.m. Aug. 30 after a 911 caller reported a stabbing in the area. The caller received second-hand information about the discovery of the man, according to police.

Officers found Paul Myron's body with gunshot wounds.

No eyewitnesses have been found, and video surveillance in the area was minimal, police stated in a release.

Investigators ask the community for assistance and encourage calls to Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO.
