Fresh off announcing their first album in 15 years, “Happiness Bastards,” legendary rock band The Black Crowes will headline a tour that will hit Phoenix among 35 cities in North America and Europe this spring.
The tour will kick off at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville and will make its way to Arizona Financial Theatre, 400 W. Washington St., on Wednesday, April 10.
The Happiness Bastards Tour’s international run will begin in May in Manchester, UK.
Presales for the tour start Tuesday, Jan. 23 and tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 26 at https://theblackcrowes.com/.
“Hope everybody is ready to rock & roll with us on the Happiness Bastards Tour this spring,” frontman Chris Robinson shared in a press release. “We’re excited to be playing songs from our new album along with some deeper tracks, juicy covers and the songs you want to hear.”
“Happiness Bastards” is The Black Crowes’ 10th studio album and their first original music in 15 years. Produced by Grammy-winning producer Jay Joyce, the album includes 10 new tracks.
This year marks 40 years since the inception of The Black Crowes.
