Barish: Get billboard up and running again

We have a beautiful billboard on Bullard; right by Bell Road. It told us about most sports happenings in Surprise, as well as other special events in town.

Especially helpful during Spring Training. It has been

dark for around a year.
When I called the City a few months back, I was told they are trying to find someone who can figure out how to get it going.

Really? With all the tech support around Surprise?
Get it fixed or tear it down.
