Avondale hospital earns ‘gold seal’ accreditation

Posted

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Avondale was accredited by The Joint Commission, earning the Gold Seal of Approval by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards.

The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality that reflects a healthcare organization’s commitment to providing safe and quality patient care, according to a press release.

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital, located at 10903 W. McDowell Road, is a 30-bed rehabilitation hospital providing specialized rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or medically-complex conditions, such as COVID-19.

ClearSky Avondale underwent a rigorous on-site review to earn the accreditation. During the visit, a team of Joint Commission surveyors evaluated compliance with ClearSky Avondale’s standards related to several areas. The surveyors also conducted onsite observations and interviews.

“We’re committed to providing our patients with superior, specialized care to help them regain independence and maximize their recoveries,” Larry Niemann, ClearSky Avondale CEO, shared in a press release.
