Arizona has added 474 cases and 12 deaths of COVID-19 overnight, according to the state Department of Health Services.

As of the morning of Saturday, May 15, the ADHS reports 872,496 positive cases and 17,459 deaths of the coronavirus.

  • Graham County: 83
  • Greenlee County: 10

  • Maricopa County: 9,950
  • Mohave County: 724
  • Navajo County: 535
  • Pima County: 2,407
  • Pinal County: 880
  • Santa Cruz County: 177
  • Yavapai County: 505
  • Yuma County: 836

For most people, the coronavirus causes mild or moderate symptoms, such as fever and cough that clear up in two to three weeks. But for some — especially older adults and people with existing health problems — it can cause more severe illness, including pneumonia, and death.
