Arby's proposed near Power and Germann roads in Gilbert

An Arby’s is proposed for land just west of the northwest corner of Power and Germann roads in Gilbert, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

The land was purchased Nov. 29 by an entity tracing to KBP Foods from real estate developer Davidson Myers & Associates for $1.5 million.

KBP owns and operates nearly 1,000 fast-food restaurants under the Taco Bell, KFC and Arby’s brands.

The 1.06-acre lot is zoned for general commercial through the town of Gilbert.

The proposal calls for a 2,579-square-foot restaurant in a single-story building with a drive-thru. It will have 33 parking spaces.
