Lookout Home Watch earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the 10th year.

According to a press release, the family-owned business run by Mark and Susie Golub since 2005 serves Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Carefree, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills and Paradise Valley. Lookout Homewatch provides absentee homeowners with inspections of home and property at vacation and primary homes while the owners are not in residence.

Mark Golub served in the U.S. Navy and owned an automotive parts supply business for 35 years among other work experience that gave him the range of skills to perform minor home repairs. Susie Golub draws on her time as a preschool teacher and interior decorator to offer her own unique perspective.

“Mark and Susie’s unwavering commitment to Lookout Home Watch as their sole business ensures that they are fully dedicated to their clients. Their adherence to old-school values and their dedication to the highest standard of professional service provide a sense of security to their clients, reinforcing their reliability,” the press release said.
