Sharpe: Questions on Axon development

Scottsdale has been possibly the best place to live in North America, or maybe the history of the world.

Unfortunately, population density is the enemy of quality of life.

The proposed Axon development near the Airport has much to recommend it, but I’m not so sure about 2,000 additional apartments and 4,000 additional cars on Hayden.
