A Valley-based developer recently promoted one of its senior project managers to vice president of project management.
According to a press release, Greenlight Communities, based in Scottsdale, promoted Brian Spetman to the position. Greenlight focuses on providing attainable housing for median earners.
Spetman has 15 years of experience in commercial, residential and multifamily construction. According to the press release, Spetman has overseen the completion of over $200 million in developments over the course of his career.
