Construction begins on north Scottsdale boutique, energy efficient home community

J.P. Kush Construction has announced that construction has begun on its newest project, Lomas Verdes Estates in north Scottsdale.

Located off of 64th Street and Jomax Road, this new infill community offers energy efficient, luxury living, according to a press release.

The homes feature contemporary architecture designed by the award-winning husband and wife team at The Ranch mine, and resort-style semi-custom offerings.

The neighborhood includes six home-sites in a gated enclave ranging in size from three-quarters of an acre to over 1.7 acres, the press release stated.

J.P. Kush Construction will be selling new homes in this north Scottsdale community ranging from 4,006 square feet to 4,112 square feet with an available casita option adding an additional 800 square feet.

Lomas Verdes Estates will also be some of the most energy efficient homes in the Valley that are not only energy star certified, but were designed utilizing the City of Scottsdale’s Green Building Program.

“I have been building homes in the Valley for 15 years, and my family for 40. Lomas Verdes Estates is one of the most spectacular projects I have ever been involved with,” Jason Kush, president and owner of J.P. Kush Construction, said in a prepared statement.
