No hypocrisy here. When people said "my body my choice" in reference to COVID, they were saying it to point out the hypocrisy of ******** advocates when they use that line (They were using it waaaay before COVID ever hit). The difference is that people are against the government forcing people to get vaccinated against their will, as opposed to the government allowing or not allowing ********s. The government isn't forcing people to get an ********.

Understand that the United States is a Federal Republic and each States is allowed to write their own laws, independent of another State's laws. Your last statement of "Republicans are big on meddling in people’s lives only when it suits them" doesn't apply. The SCOTUS ruling didn't say that ********s are illegal. They merely left it for the States to create their own ******** laws rather than make it a Federal Law. See the difference?
