Queen Creek Unified partners with local businesses

Every quarter the Queen Creek Unified School District hosts a business partner breakfast that provides an opportunity to strengthen relationships within the community.

This event is designed to recognize the district's partnerships with local businesses and create a collaborative environment where businesses can connect and engage with each other.

The goal of the business partner breakfast is to foster relationships that benefit both the students and the community. It also is a way to keep the community informed about district initiatives and developments.

At these events, QCUSD showcases different programs and discusses how partnerships enhance these programs and the student educational experiences.

"One of the things that our governing board values is positive school-to-community relationships,” stated QCUSD Superintendent Perry Berry in a press release. “The business partner breakfast is one way we open our doors and engage with business and industry, faith-based communities, parent organizations, elected officials, nonprofit organizations, and many other community members."

QCUSD believes that partnerships with local businesses and the community are vital to the district’s success.

“These relationships play a critical role in providing students with real-world learning opportunities, such as career days and mentoring programs. Engaging with local businesses helps students better understand different career paths and what they need to succeed in each path,” the release continued.

Those interested in partnering with QCUSD, are asked to complete its online community and business partner information form.
