David Weekley Homes, a privately held home builder, will soon begin building homes in the community of Harvest in Queen Creek.
The new housing subdivision is at 25775 S. 227th Way in Queen Creek, according to davidweekleyhomes.com.
The master-planned community will provide buyers with two distinct series of homes, according to a release.
The Orchard Collection will offer six open-concept floor plan options on 65-foot homesites ranging from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet. The homes in the builder’s Saddlestone Collection will include five floor plans spanning 2,800 to 3,800 square feet of living space situated on 75-foot homesites.
The communities will open for sales in early summer 2020.
Homebuyers in Harvest will have access to planned playgrounds, sports courts, a lap pool, leisure pool, splash pads, an open-air pavilion and recreational area. Students in the community will attend Queen Creek Unified School District schools, the release states.
