Deadline approaches for Queen Creek resident road travel survey

Posted

Queen Creek residents have until then end of the month to share their thoughts on road travel in the town.

The Maricopa Association of Governments is working with the town to gather input on how people travel to and within Queen Creek, a town press release stated.

The survey closes Sept. 30, and can be completed at movequeencreek.org.

Residents will be asked about mobility options including mobility as a service, ride hailing, and robo taxis.

"Multimodal mobility options include the integrated use of several different forms of transportation, particularly when residents opt for alternative ways of commuting and traveling," the release stated.

Results of the survey will be used to prepare recommendations that will be incorporated into Queen Creek’s updated Transportation Master Plan. The master plan update is currently underway with community input starting this fall.
