Westbound Interstate 10 will be narrowed to two lanes this weekend near Sky Harbor Airport for bridge work.

The restrictions between US 60 and 24th Street will be in place from 3 a.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Monday, state transportation officials said.

The southbound SR 143 ramp to westbound I-10 will be closed along with the westbound I-10 off- and on-ramps at 40th Street.

Westbound I-10 drivers can consider using northbound SR 143 to westbound Loop 202, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Drivers also can access 40th Street by exiting at 32nd Street and turning right to reach eastbound University Drive to 40th Street.
