Desert Ridge Marketplace announced its lineup of fall events in North Phoenix.

Residents can enjoy a wide variety of events for all ages, including family-friendly events, holiday festivities, live music, cultural events and more.

Desert Ridge is located at 21001 N. Tatum Blvd., just off the Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard.

In addition to the scheduled events, live music nights will make a return beginning in September. Every Friday and Saturday night enjoy live music at The District Stage, where guests can sing and dance along to local bands and artists, cover bands and more.

This year’s fall schedule features:

Mid-Autumn Festival with 9 Dragons Kung Fu

6:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14

As one of the most important holidays in Chinese culture, the Mid-Autmn Festival celebrates the tradition of the Moon Festival which signifies the best time for harvesting. Look for a family-friendly celebration filled with lion and dragon dance performances, Kung Fu demonstrations, cultural performances, free crafts, and more.

Pumpkin Patch

Monday, Oct. 16 to Sunday, Oct. 27 (hours vary)

Autumn vibes return with the 6th Annual Pumpkin Patch. Pick the best pumpkin in the patch (while supplies last), enjoy giveaways and more.

Creepy Candy Crawl

5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17

Kick off Halloween season at the annual Creepy Candy Crawl. Kids and families are invited to trick-or-treat from store to store, dress to impress at the annual costume contest and snap a photo in the spooky pumpkin patch. Plus, live entertainment, dancing, games, and more.

I Recycle Phoenix

7 a.m.-noon Saturday, Oct. 19

Join Keep Phoenix Beautiful, the city of Phoenix and Desert Ridge for the semi-annual I Recycle Phoenix Festival. Event will accept a variety of items to be recycled or donated to local nonprofit organizations. Items to recycle, repurpose and donate range from electronics, old magazines, gently used adult bicycles, sporting equipment, office supplies, lightly used household items, toys, and document shredding.

Paul’s Car Wash

7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21 to Friday, Oct. 25

For an entire week, Paul Horton, KPHO CBS 5’s Chief Meteorologist, will roll up his sleeves and wash hundreds of cars in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. Car washes are available for donation.

Maker’s Hive Market

11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26

An outdoor market full of local artisan vendors. Guests can stroll, shop and sip through nearly 40 small businesses for a day full of shopping. Discover custom clothing bars, permanent jewelry, hand-crafted candles, and more.

Fashion Week 4 Kids

11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16

The 9th annual Fashion Week 4 Kids invites guests to enjoy a full day of fashion shows from favorite brands at The District Stage. Enjoy live children’s entertainment, giveaways and more.
