Melendez: Join the Diplomatic Corps of Arizona in celebrating our country

It is my honor and privilege to announce as Ambassador at Large of the Diplomatic Corps of Arizona (39 nations) that this November 16, our organization will dedicate our annual Ambassadors’ Ball in honor of the United States of America.

Each year, the Corps selects a nation which is represented by a diplomat in Arizona at their respective consulates and here in Fountain Hills we have the largest amount of Diplomats representing their nations in the U.S. for a town under 28,000 residents. They are Poland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and El Salvador. 

We believe that every large corporation, medical entities, universities and foreign businesses who have the privilege of doing business in the U.S. should stand up and join us that day in the celebration of the greatest nation in the world.

Our country, as many others in every continent, is divided by either politics, lack of respect for the underprivileged, corruption and/or education and fairness to their fellow human beings. We ask that we stand up and salute our nation this evening. Location to be announced.
