The Town of Paradise Valley is hosting a forum for local Home Owner Associations 3:30–5 p.m. Wednesday, March 27 at Town Hall, 6401 E. Lincoln Drive.
This will be an informal meeting and will include introductions to the town’s HOAs, as well as remarks from Town Manager Andrew Ching, Police Chief Freeman Carney and Beth Mulcahy, president of Mulcahy Law, which representa a number of HOAs in Paradise Valley. Code Enforcement Officer Kristi Hillebert will also be present to answer questions about short-term rentals.
Carney may give an update on the series of burglaries in town while Mulcahy will talk about HOA industry trends and state legislation that may be occuring, according to Vice Mayor Mark Stanton. She will not give any legal advice at the meeting.
After that there will be a roundtable discussion for HOA representatives to share and ask questions.
“We just want to hear from them and try to put faces with names and get better connection between the HOAs and the town,” Stanton said.
The community is invited to attend.
HOA forums at Town Hall are currently held quarterly.
