Paradise Valley resident David Sellers’ two affiliated organizations made the Inc. 5000 list this year as some of America’s fastest growing private companies.
Creation Equity, ranking 1,462 on this year’s list for the third consecutive appearance, is an innovative commercial real estate developer and alternative investment firm. LGE Design Build, ranking 3,263 spot on the list for its second appearance, is a premier design-build construction firm.
Creation boasts a three-year growth rate of 354% and LGE Design Build with a 150% growth rate over the same period, according to a press release. Inc.’s yearly list tracks companies’ self-reported revenue growth and highlights those with the highest percentage growth during the previous three years.
“At Creation and LGE, we are committed to creating impactful projects that enhance the communities we serve,” said Sellers, co-founder of Creation and CEO of LGE Design Build. “This recognition underscores our relentless pursuit of setting new standards of excellence in the industry.”
Founded by Sellers and Bob Agahi in 2018, Creation has a current pipeline of over $4.5 billion of ground-up developments across Arizona, Texas, California, Tennessee, New York and New Jersey, according to the release. In Arizona, Creation has a number of new projects underway, including The Switchyard, Heritage Park, Park Algodon, Thunderbird Commerce Center and Nexus Commerce Center.
LGE has been a Southwest leader in the design-build commercial construction market for 30 years, the release stated. Since entering the Texas market in 2019, LGE has experienced aggressive growth, currently managing 2.42 million square feet of active projects statewide.
