Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty has announced yet another landmark transaction.

The hilltop estate at 6044 N. 44th Place in Paradise Valley recently sold for $12 million by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Agent Sue Shapiro, according to a press release.

Spanning 10,656 square feet, this single-level, custom-built property is grandiose at first sight from its gated circular drive and soaring entry foyer, the release stated.

The entrance inside has walls of glass, an art hallway running the length of the home and 10-foot redwood doors.

The estate features a generous use of stone, marble and slab granite, as well as a resort-sized living room. Some of its other features include a primary suite with a coffee bar, oversized baths, two large customized closets, two granite showers, a fireplace, office with paneled ceilings, and 1,000-square-foot gym space and guest suite.

Perfect for entertaining guests, the patio features views of both Camelback Mountain and city lights. Outside there is a custom tiled pool, pond and spa, two firepits, outdoor kitchen, dog run and two side yards for convenience.
