Mountain Shadows’ next Brunch & Learn is Aug. 10. Chef Yulissa Acosta will dive into Southwest flavors and seasonings.

See her in action at the demo station before heading into the dining room for a three-course brunch featuring hatch green chile tamale, pan-seared mahi, and a dessert tamale.

Then the next Spirited Sipping Seminar is Aug. 17 to take taste buds on a tour of Italian white wines.
