Caren Peyton has returned to Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent associated with its Phoenix/Paradise Valley office.
She comes to the office with 20 years of real estate experience, according to a press release. Previously, she was an agent with HomeSmart Realty in its Central office for three years and an agent affiliated with the Biltmore office of Coldwell Banker Realty for five years before that.
“Originally, I affiliated with Coldwell Banker because I wanted to learn the industry to the top degree,” Peyton stated in the release. “With the industry going through so many changes, I decided to return because I wanted to have an international company that backs me up, and I missed many of the wonderful colleagues and being part of the Coldwell Banker family. I am ecstatic to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty again, and look forward to enhancing and growing my business and making my client’s dreams come true.”
Before moving back to the United States, she owned and operated CA.SA. International s.n.c. in Milan, Italy, which operated in commercial, industrial, luxury, relocation and rental. She also had a 20-year career as a fashion model in Europe. Currently, she serves as the secretary on the board of directors of the Italian Association of Arizona.
