Phoenix police are asking the public for help in finding the man they view as a suspect in a March 27 shooting that left a woman with life-threatening injuries.
The lead suspect in the case is Xavier Hughley, 30, police said.
The shooting occurred about 9:25 p.m. March 27 near 3400 N. 67th Lane where officers found the woman inside a residence with an apparent gunshot wound.
She was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to a Phoenix Police Department release.
Detectives said they learned that Hughley was involved in the shooting, and police are asking the community to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO to assist in the investigation.
