The Arizona Department of Health Services reported the number of new weekly coronavirus cases in Litchfield Park 85340 was 25 over the week ending Friday, April 30, the same number reported last Friday.
That brings the total number of cases reported in the ZIP code to 3,828.
The ZIP code includes the city of Litchfield Park and unincorporated Maricopa County. The state does not separate cases by incorporated and unincorporated areas.
The agency said more than 90% of cases were mapped to the address of the patient’s residence:

As of April 28, Maricopa County health officials reported that nearly 1.3 million county residents, 29%, had completed their COVID-19 vaccine series and were considered fully vaccinated.
According to the website, 2,832,292 vaccine doses had been administered in Maricopa County. Of those, 1,562,718 were first dose, 1,253,150 were second dose and 16,424 were unknown.
In Litchfield Park 85340, 56.6% of the eligible population had received their first dose and 43.9% had received their second dose.
