Goodyear community Vidrio sells out all homes

Landsea Homes Corporation announced Thursday that it has sold all 92 homes at Vidrio at Estrella in Goodyear.
Vidrio in Estrella consists of 92 single-family homes ranging from 1,886 square feet to 3,040 square feet.
The Estrella master planned community is located about 17 miles west of Phoenix and set against the backdrop of the High Sonoran Desert with various wild desert trails for walking and biking.
Homes are currently selling at other Goodyear communities including Solvida at Estrella, El Cidro, Citrus Park and Centerra.
