Karen Izzi of Conscious Creations Art is teaming up with Nicole Swainson of Mesquite Meadows, to host Izzi’s annual art market this year from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday May 7 at Mesquite Meadows, 10220 N. 175th Ave. in Waddell.

This is an art show that hosts a community of artists, crafters, and makers. It is designed to be a full day of gratitude in sharing art, demonstrations, and successful sales.

Mesquite Meadows is an urban farm situated on private acreage in Waddell. It is located just off Peoria Avenue.

Mesquite Meadows hosts a variety of holistic offerings, such as almost-daily yoga classes, yoga retreats, free community yoga, a monthly Sound Bath, Solstice celebrations, horsemanship workshops, kid’s camps, and more.

Conscious Creations Art Studio has hosted open community markets twice each year since 2015. The purpose of the event is to support local artists and create a creative community. Artists share original art, pottery, fiber arts, quilts, paintings, prints, herbal products, wellness support, spirit gifts, photography, aura readings, astrology, and a wide variety of other wellness arts and craft.
