The project is intended to improve the drainage for properties along 9th Street between Riley Drive and Western Avenue, according to a city press release.

Work is expected to begin Monday, Feb. 12, and be completed by Saturday, Feb. 24.

A partial road closure from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays, and possibly Saturdays, will be necessary to complete the construction on Western Avenue. Two-way traffic will be maintained with the use of flaggers directing traffic.
