North Goodyear home sold for more than $1.2 million in December

A north Goodyear home with a “resort-style” yard sold for more than $1.2 million ー the city’s highest-selling home for the month of December.

The 5,317-square-foot, two-story property at 4642 N. 186th Lane, sold Dec. 1 for a whopping $1,249,000.

The property, built in 2017, features six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms on a 0.56-acre lot.

Amenities include a heated pool and spa, a climate-controlled RV garage, a gourmet kitchen, and not one but two laundry rooms–one for each floor.

It also features a four-car garage, two outdoor gas fire pits, and two “bonus” rooms. 

The property is at the Preserve at Sedella, a gated, master-planned community in north Goodyear, and according to Realtor.com data, the home is more than 137% more expensive than its neighbors.  

The seller was represented by Spero Pagos with Keller Williams Northeast Realty, and the buyer was represented by Tiffany Gobster with My Home Group Real Estate, LLC.
