Posted
Granity Manor, a 42-unit apartment property located in Glendale, recently sold for $6.4 million.
Granity Manor is comprised of 42 units, 10 of which were built in 2016 and the remaining 32 were constructed in 1984. The apartment includes a pool, community laundry, playground, dog run, covered parking and exterior lighting. Granity Manor is located at 6220 W. Ocotillo Road.
Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office arranged the sale.
“Less than one mile from Glendale High School, Grand Avenue Expressway (Route 60) and Historic Downtown Glendale, Granity Manor is well-positioned for employment and neighborhood amenities,” Paul Bay, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, stated in a news release. “The seller, Andre Golnazarian, sold Granity Manor as part of a portfolio including another mid-sized apartment community in West Phoenix called Georgia Villa.”
Bay sold the property on behalf of Golnazarian. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Bay.
