An Easter Day for families takes place this weekend in Downtown Glendale.
Free activities take place at two different times — between 9 a.m. and noon, and 4 and 7 p.m. — on Saturday, April 16, at Papa Ed’s Ice Cream, at 7146 N. 58th Ave.
Activities available include photos with the Easter Bunny; story and music times with live bunnies, Luna and Granite; seek-and-find colored egg hunt; a tricky camouflaged hidden egg hunt; free face painting; a listening egg challenge; a springtime selfie station; balancing egg challenge; an Easter-themed sensory play; a chalk egg design creative play; and more.
