Grasons, an estate sale and business liquidation service and member of Evive Brands, announced May 6 the opening of its newest franchise in Gilbert.
This expansion marks Grasons' fifth franchise location in Arizona, joining existing locations in Scottsdale, Central Phoenix, Surprise, and Tucson.
Grasons of Gilbert will serve Gilbert, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, and Chandler Heights. The new franchise owners, Angelica Olea and Derrik Roberts, bring operational and production expertise to Grasons of Gilbert.
Olea also serves as the senior vice president of strategic growth and development for Assisted Living Locators, another member of the Evive Brands family.
She has more than a decade of experience guiding franchisees in assisting seniors nationwide. Olea was instrumental in expanding Assisted Living Locators to more than 150 franchises across 39 states.
In her new role, Olea said she is excited to apply her skills to the estate sale sector, focusing on providing services to the community.
Derrik Roberts, a production coordinator with several years of experience at Boeing, joins the team with a background in managing production processes and material movement. His expertise in strategic problem-solving and system accuracy will enhance the operational efficiency of Grasons of Gilbert.

Grasons of Gilbert offers a range of services, including professional appraisals, estate sales, complete cleanouts, and business liquidations.
