Amelia’s by EAT is expanding to Gilbert with a new microlocation at SanTan Village.

The Scottsdale restaurant and marketplace will soon operate the café at Kiln Gilbert, a boutique coworking space.

Amelia’s Kiln is set to open in August 2024, serving a selection of breakfast, lunch and snacks, aimed to enhance the overall food and beverage offerings for Kiln members and guests.

Amelia’s by EAT, named for chef and founder Stacey Weber’s grandmother, is committed to delivering the freshest locally sourced ingredients.

The new daily café menu will serve fresh items such as craft coffee, scratch-made bakery items (with gluten-free options), wraps, salads, and nutritious snacks.

In addition to the café, Amelia’s will also provide catering services for events and meetings at Kiln.

“We can’t wait to be a part of the Kiln Gilbert,” Weber, who has been offering private chef and catering services in Arizona since 2007, said in a press release. “We love the concept and the overall vibe. It’s a perfect place to extend the Amelia’s brand to the East Valley.”

The café will be located inside the lobby area of Kiln, located at 2162 E. Williams Field Road, suite 111 in Gilbert. The Amelia’s Kiln location will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
