Manna BBQ is a Korean barbecue chain that now has four Valley locations, having recently opened a restaurant in the Chandler Crossroads shopping center on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Germann roads.
The all-you-can-eat price is $29, but the grill-it-yourself format is unique. The selection includes yangnyeom galbi, or short ribs; manna steak; beef belly; steamed egg; japchae; soondobu and chadol baegi sides.
The chain, based in San Diego, hasn’t added Chandler to its official website yet, though it promoted the recent grand opening on the Instagram page mannabbq.az.
The restaurant is located between SportClips and Verizon in the shopping center. It’s in the same spot Sushi Green occupied for a few months in 2022.
The address is 2990 E. Germann Road, No. 5, Chandler, 480-699-2223.
The hours are 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 11:30-9 p.m. Sundays.
