Medalist Legal, an award-winning law firm specializing in business and real estate law, has announced the promotion of Brandon Bodea to managing partner.
Bodea brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise to this new role. He has been with Medalist Legal, 3133 W. Frye Road in Chandler, since the firm’s inception, focusing on both litigation and transactional real estate matters, according to a press release.
Bodea was born and raised in the Town of Paradise Valley and is currently active in the Gilbert community.
On the litigation side, Bodea has successfully handled many residential and commercial real estate disputes through all stages of litigation, including disputes involving real estate agents and brokers, insurance brokers, appraisers and other professionals. Bodea’s transactional practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial and residential real estate contracts, well agreements, loan documents, zoning matters, corporate documents, management agreements, and assisting with due diligence.
Bodea is an Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University, Summa Cum Laude in undergraduate studies and Magna Cum Laude at ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law for his Juris Doctor.
