In response to Gov. Doug Ducey’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected” Executive Order, live audio of the April 14 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be streamed on the city of Buckeye's YouTube channel

Since City Council Chambers are currently closed to the public to protect everyone’s health and safety, public comments for any agenda item can be done by email or phone, according to a release.

Email comments to planningandzoning@buckeyeaz.gov. Comments must be received by 3 p.m. April 14 to be included in the official meeting record.

To comment by phone, participants must first complete the public comment form by 3 p.m. April 14. The Commission liaison will call each participant during the meeting wanting to speak on a specific agenda item.

Buckeye Planning and Zoning meetings are held regularly on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6 p.m. To see all current and past Commission agendas and minutes, visit buckeyeaz.gov/pandzagendas.
