There are many of us essential workers here in Arizona — some here in Apache Junction.
We’ve been out there risking our lives to work and keep certain things operational since this pandemic started.
There are 100 of us who work at Anderson Maintenance maintaining, cleaning our freeways. We’re happy to work, even with the risk of dying.
There’s others on front lines — medical, etc.
What’s wrong with our governor? Other states have applied for grants to be given to our employers to be handed out to us employees.
Please, if there is any way our governor can help us get some kind of hazard pay for us we would highly appreciate it.
