Surprise P&Z to hear update on City Center development

Scott Phillips will give quarterly report to commission

An update on plans and work at the Surprise City Center is the main item on the agenda at the next Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

The commission is meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 16 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.

Scott Phillips, of the Surprise Center Development Company, will go over the latest updates in his quarterly report to the commission.

Phillips plans to give a review of work that's been completed and development to come, including the build out of Elm Street.
