Megadeth is bringing its live show to North America with a nationwide fall tour, Destroy All Enemies, which will include a Phoenix stop.
The 33-city trek will arrive at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, 2121 N. 83rd Ave., in Phoenix, on Thursday, Aug. 8.
Tickets for all dates go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, April 26 at Megadeth.com.
Bringing along Mudvayne and All That Remains, the tour begins in Arkansas and will wrap up in Nashville in September. Performing classic hits from “Rust In Peace,” “Countdown to Extinction” and more, the tour also brings Dave Mustaine and bandmates back to North America to perform their latest studio album “The Sick, the Dying… and the Dead!”
“Our ‘Crush The World’ tour has been a tremendous experience for the four of us,” Mustaine shared in a press release. “We are all playing tight, and that has made it possible for me to really focus on solos and singing, we are playing more songs than ever before, and we are closer to each other, onstage and off.”
The North American jaunt comes on the heels of a successful stint in Latin America wrapping this month and starting back up in Europe this summer. With stops in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil and México, forthcoming dates will take the band to Sweden, Italy, France, Germany and more.
