Glendale library invites teens to soup-up skateboards at free craft event Saturday

Glendale’s Velma Teague Library, 7010 N. 58th Ave., is inviting teens to soup-up their skateboards with a free craft event 1-3 p.m. Saturday.

The event is open to ages 12-18 and participants can enter a drawing to win a new skateboard, complete with wheels and trucks, courtesy of Cowtown Skateboards.

Cowtown Skateboards has four Valley locations. It’s Glendale location is 5708 W. Union Hills Drive.
