The two brothers better known as The Branded Country Band return to I & J Fountain Restaurant, 12221 W. Bell Road, for a 5:30 p.m. gig Saturday, May 25.

“We are a high-energy act, that specializes in the classic, traditional country music of the 60s, 70s and into the late 80s/early 90s,” the band’s website states. “This is the music that we were raised with. We play this type of music because we have a fierce love for it.”

Lee Benson and Billy Jay Benson embody the sound and lifestyle of traditional country music. “If you are country,” they state, “you know exactly what we mean.”

They’ll be in the West Valley for awhile.

After the I & J show, the brothers play 1 p.m. Monday, May 27 at VFW Post 1433, 7618 N. 63rd Ave., in Glendale; 5:30 p.m. Friday, May 31 at I & J again; and 5 p.m. Friday, June 7 at American Legion Post 62, 9847 W. Desert Cove Ave., in Peoria.
