Hall running again in Surprise

Surprise resident David Moss wrote he was very pleased to hear that Skip Hall is running for reelection to the Surprise City Council.

GREAT CITY

A great perspective, David! Thanks for communicating with residents Skip’s history and breadth of leadership in Surprise! With busy lives, its often easy to miss the incredible contributions of public leaders and what is done when most are experiencing daily life. A great city is being developed and forged right in front of our eyes. — Eric Cultum
