JP RACE: Wismer’s signs go missing

I don’t know personally either man running for Arrowhead Justice of the Peace, however, it appears to me as a Sun City voter that the Justice of the Peace campaign is not being conducted fairly by former Justice of the Peace Phillip Woolbright.

First, months ago, I noticed Mr. Woolbright’s signs appearing all over the place and learned from at least one source that I believe he or his cohorts posted them before the election rules allowed. Mr. Woolbright’s were the only ones around. That is unfair to his opponent and current Justice of the Peace Craig Wismer.

However, when the time came for the campaign of signage to begin, I was pleased to see that most places along the road where Mr. Woolbright had placed a sign, Mr. Wismer put two of his signs closeby. In all fairness, well done Mr. Wismer.

However, last Saturday in the Sun City area, someone unknown stole most of the Mr. Wismer’s signs. Who did it is conjecture, but whoever it was that removed the campaign signs was no fan of Mr. Wismer and seems to fit an unfairness pattern.

I certainly don’t know who did it and am not making any accusations, but I do know that it is unfair.

With that being said and with what little I know, it seems the better choice in the upcoming election for Arrowhead Justice of the Peace is to retain the current Justice of the Peace Craig Wismer and not bring back the former justice, Phillip Woolbright, who was barred by the courts for five years from holding public office.
