New Sun City West housing area to be shown

Plans call for the new homes to be build next to the Fry's store, and near the R. H. Johnson Recreation Center.

There will be a public meeting 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan 15, at the R. H. Johnson Social Hall, 19803 R. H. Johnson Blvd. to discuss plans for a new housing complex in Sun City West.

The site for the building is the vacant lot just east of the Fry’s Market and behind the Goodwill Store on R. H. Johnson Blvd.Preliminary plans call for the project to consist of 58 single story, single family homes built in a multiplex style.

The homes will be connected in clusters of various sizes. Some units will have elevated views of the Hillcrest Golf Course.The project is named Four Seasons and will be constructed by K. Hovanian Homes.

All residents are welcome to attend to learn more about the project and to express their opinions.
