Sun City residents can meet with Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 3 commander Capt. Paul Chagolla and members of his staff during a community meeting.
The event is scheduled 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 20 at Fairway Recreation Center, 10600 W. Peoria Ave. “Getting to Know MCSO” is an opportunity for residents to hear first-hand about law enforcement statistics and trends within the Sun City area. District 3 covers more than 1,600 square miles from Northern Avenue to the Yavapai County line to the north and from I-17 west to La Paz County.
Recommendations on ways for resident self-protection and property and belongings protection will be discussed. In addition, there will be a question and answer session.
