Dear Surprise Today editor:

I would like to take this opportunity to voice my support for Surprise District 5 Councilman Skip Hall.

Our community has benefited greatly since Skip first appeared on the scene to run for council. He is the only full-time council member who devotes all his waking hours to advance the goals and directions of the city of Surprise.

Skip does not have a hidden agenda, nor does he have self-serving interests. He works well with all the employees of the city and strives to support and recognize them.

As a strong community activist, I can assure you that I know the government leaders from the top down, who are currently in place in this city and those who are trying to attach themselves to those leaders in an effort to win a cushy government job with a nice paycheck and a forever retirement.

Skip Hall has a servant leader heart. He has worked hard for the people of this city and deserves your vote.

Keep him on council. Don’t be fooled by imitations, he is the real deal.

Chet Chetkauskas, Surprise
