Learn about the Peoria Unified school board candidates

PUSD Administrative Offices

Peoria United Parent Council is hosting a Meet the Candidates forum, Oct. 2nd.

Residents living in the Peoria Unified School District are welcome to attend the event at the PUSD District Administrative Center 6330 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale. Sign in is at 5:30 p.m., and the forum begins at 6 p.m.

Four competitors will vie for two of five seats on the board in the Nov. 6 election. They include one incumbent, Beverly Pingerelli, and three others – Michael Gard, Davita Solter and Cory Underhill.

The four candidates have been invited to introduce themselves to the community and answer questions by a moderator. The event will be the candidates’ opportunity to engage with the PUSD community.

The election will be held on Nov. 6th as part of the general election.

Attendees may submit questions to supplement the moderator’s questions. We will address these questions as time permits. Any unanswered questions will be sent to the candidates and responses will be posted on our website.

For additional information, please check out the PUPC Facebook page or peoriaupc.org.

For those unable to attend, read the Peoria Today’s profile on the candidates here.
