Glendale will have a new website this summer, aimed at more easily addressing residents’ questions and needs.
“A city that anticipates its customers’ needs while embracing technology is a successful city on all accounts,” Mayor Jerry Weiers said during his State of the City address Thursday, March 7. “And nothing conveys this quite like an easy-to-navigate website that meets the needs of its customers and allows its employees to respond to the questions and concerns of our citizens. This new website includes an interactive, easy-to-use mobile app, and our residents are going to find it’s very easy to pay their bills, to get answers to most commonly asked questions and also submit service requests while allowing staff the ability to quickly respond and precisely track it all.”
No specific date was given for the summer launch of the new site.
