Residents of LifeStream at Thunderbird, 13617 N. 55th Ave., in Glendale, were treated to a special performance of Disney’s musical “Beauty and the Beast” by chorus from Copper Trails Elementary School, 16875 Canyon Trails Blvd., in Goodyear.

Twenty-five students from fifth through eighth grade, of the Avondale Elementary School District, shared the timeless songs, story and performance to an audience of more than 30 seniors. The show itself was directed by Wendi Bauer, daughter of one of the Chaplains at LifeStream. The students stayed after the curtain call to chat with the LifeStream audience, sharing lunch and plenty of stories.
